Mr King conducted the investigation professionally and with sensitivity to all of the parties concerned. The resulting investigation report was delivered in a timely manner and was robust, succinct and was relied upon to facilitate an appropriate resolution to the dispute. Mr King’s knowledge and experience was invaluable and served to support the resolution of a complicated internal procedure.
